Bedroom Glow Up Of The Year

Let. me paint a picture for you. A single girl living in a spacious apartment with plush bedding, chic decor and not a care in the world. Meets dream guy. Dream guy asks girl to move in. Everything is brown.

After nearly 10 years this bedroom got the makeover it so desperately deserved. We had a major roof leak that caused some serious drywall damage and we were LIVING WITH IT because well, life gets busy. Fast Forward to 2020, year of the rona, and we have all of the the time in the world to fix it.

Truth is, we were planning this makeover for months. We originally took some time off in April to repair the bedroom because that was the soonest we could. We started ordering some Christmas gifts for ourselves in 2019 and BAM bedroom of my dreams.

It took like 10 years and me becoming a construction worker, but hey we made it work.
