Staying Hydrated As Seasons Change

Things to love about October: Crisp air, pumpkin EVERYTHING and the start of sweater season. However, this also comes with dry and cooler weather. So I am sharing my tips to get ahead of the curve and hydrate your skin in the cooler months.

+ Hydrating your skin through veggies. Adding hydrating veggies into your daily routine will keep you hydrated from the inside out. Cucumber and celery are easy ways to add extra hydration in. Both are rich in water and vitamin K. Vitamin K helps the body in the healing process (which can help with eczema or acne healing)

+Hyaluronic Acid. The serum that keeps on giving. The benefits of HA are endless. They include: Drawing and retaining moisture. Reducing inflammation. Smoothing fine lines and perhaps the biggest bonus— it helps other serums penetrate into your skin. Click here to shop my fave Glow tip: Use it before vitamin C for maximum benefits.

+Water. Perhaps the most obvious, but the one we often forget to do. This is why I love adding as many hydrating vegetables into my diet as possible— for days I don’t get enough water intake. Buy a cute bottle and take it with you everywhere. I take my hydroflask with me everywhere.

What are you best hydration tips?

x,

Nicole
